When Can I Arrive?
We provide comprehensive setup and cleanup services, and we enforce a strict policy allowing guests to arrive only 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we cannot open the door even a minute earlier due to safety protocols and careful planning, even if you see us in the space we will be fine-tuning and perfecting your space until 15 minutes before your time 🙂
When Does My Party End?
We understand how special your event is, and we want to ensure everything runs smoothly. Since we provide setup and cleanup services and may have other events scheduled around yours, we kindly ask that you adhere to the agreed-upon end time. To help us stay on track, there is an additional charge of $100 for every 15 minutes you spend after your party ends. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I Bring My Own Food?
Sure thing! With any package, you can bring your own food, drinks, desserts, and all that good stuff. Some packages include food, and we’ve got add-on options too! Just remember, you’ll need to supply the food and tableware for the adults unless you go for an extra add-on. Although we have some extra serving utensils for the adult food, we suggest you bring some extra, as we cannot ensure we’ll have enough depending on what you bring!
What if I Don’t Want to Bring My Own Food and Drink?
Absolutely, we know the importance of creating your perfect menu. Please feel free to browse our add-on options, and if you have any additional requests, we would be thrilled to collaborate with you in designing the menu and day of your dreams.
Do I Supply Tableware for My Guests?
We supply almost everything you need for your event! Since you’ll mainly be bringing your own food, we kindly ask that you bring all the tableware, cups, plates, cutlery, and serving ware for your adult guests. However, we would be more than happy to share our cake cutting tools, lighters, cupcake display tower, platters and other items we have in stock that may help ease your day!
What Themes Can I Choose From?
Creating the best atmosphere for your special event is what started our dream, which is why we offer a wide array of options to suit every need. Feel free to explore our color palettes below, and if you have a specific vision in mind, we would love to collaborate with you on a custom color palette through our personalized themed fee. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we are dedicated to making your event truly special!
Can I Add-on Time to My Event?
Of course! For our 11-1 parties, and your time will be added at the beginning of the party to ensure you get the most out of your experience, changing the time to 10-1. For parties scheduled from 2-4, your time will be added at the end to provide you with a seamless finish, changing the time to 2-5. Just a gentle reminder, we do charge an additional $100 for every 15 minutes over the scheduled party time to ensure that everyone’s time is respected and that we create the perfect party for you.
What is the Payment Process Like?
We do require a $150 downpayment upfront, and we want to clarify that this fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule and we have availability, please know that we’re here to assist you! Just a gentle reminder that typically, the deposit won’t be refunded. We are in the process of setting up online payments with our vendor, but in the meantime, we kindly ask you to reach out to the café to make your payment the Monday prior to your event, we will be in contact and remind you beforehand. To ensure a seamless experience and perfect your day, there will be a $50 late fee for each day the payment is delayed.
