Play Haven Cafe

Socks are required for all patrons in our facility per our local health code. But life with kids is hectic and gladly sell socks for littles and adults if you forgot yours!

Since we are a fully functioning Cafe which includes a diverse menu featuring delicious food, a variety of beverages, high-quality coffee, and tempting snacks, we pride ourselves on providing an enjoyable experience for all our customers. In order to maintain the quality and authenticity of our offerings, we do not permit outside food or beverages to be consumed on the premises, with the exception of water and formula for infants, as we understand the importance of catering to the needs of all our patrons, including families with young children.

We are thrilled to be an allergen-friendly facility! We’re proud to be nut-free and to offer delicious dairy-free options like oat milk. Your suggestions mean the world to us, so please share any ideas you have if you think our menu could be even better!

We have put so much thought into making our Cafe sensory friendly. From the calming music we play, to the chosen colors, the limited lighting, only offering imaginative play and, our age range and also our capacity, all allow us to confidently say we are sensory friendly and hope to add designated times for those who need a little more of sensory sensitive atmosphere. Our cafe and play are is specifically designed for ages 0-8, we spent extensive time designing every single detail in our play area to accommodate this age range. We have found that the “sweet spot” for playing is between ages 2-5 where imaginative play is at it’s peak! However, we do welcome older siblings as “helpers” to their younger siblings, as long as they are not obstructive to other littles while “helping”!

We clean daily and sanitize with “Force of Nature” cleaner, which is Eco-Friendly, Fragrance Free, Natural, Non-Toxic, Organic, Recyclable, Vegan. This is used in-between sessions and also sprayed as a steam every single night. We ask that all of our guests utilize our “Yuck Bucket” while in our facility when any of our toys enter their mouths etc. Lastly we utilize a “deep cleaning” service once a month to ensure we get into all of the nooks and cranies!
